Mediation fee is percentage of agreed selling price:
Seller: 2% + VAT of the total selling price achieved
Buyer: 1% + VAT of the total selling price achieved
Exclusive sale of real estate:
Seller: 1,5% + VAT of the total selling price achieved
(duration of the mediation contract according to the agreement, professional photos of the property included)
LEASE/ RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL
Mediation fee is percentage of one agreed monthly rent:
Lease period from 1-12 months – equals to number of months spent in lease
100% + VAT of one monthly rent for lease period 12 – 60 months
150% + VAT of one monthly rent for lease period of 60 and more months
Exclusive real estate lease:
75% + VAT of one monthly rent for lease period 12 – 60 months
100% + VAT of one monthly rent for lease period of 60 and more months

TAKING INTO LEASE / RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL
Mediation fee is percentage of one agreed monthly rent:
Lease period from 1-12 months – equals to number of months spent in lease
100% + VAT of one monthly rent for lease period of 12 months and more
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Property inspection services once a month, additional inspection in case of bad weather, ventilation of the building, reading water, electricity, gas meters, collecting mail and bills (possibility of scanning and sending by e-mail), plant care, notification in case of damage to the property , monthly report on the condition of the property via e-mail, message or mail, with photos, keeping the key (availability to other persons, with the approval of the owner) and possible other services, by arrangement with the property owner.
Monthly cost:
Property up to 100 m2 – 20,00 €
Property from 100 to 200 m2 – 25,00 €
Property from 200 to 300 m2 – 30,00 €
Real estate of 300 and more m2 – 40,00 €
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY OF THE PROPERTY
The offer is formed depending on the client’s requirements.
The price depends on the size of the property and the desired number of photos.
For traveling out of Zagreb, travel costs are charged.
Basic: price of package for 15-20 photos is amount of 70,00 € + VAT
